La tecnica del career path la he empleado desde hace algun tiempo y hasta el momento me hania funcionado bien. Pero ahora que quiero pasar de trabajar en empresa a trabajar en agencia (preferiblemente como planner) me he encontrado con un obstaculo, pues las agencias son muy exigentes en cuanto a que se debe tener experiencia previa en otra agencia.
Tienes alguna recomendación o consejo que pueda aplicar en este caso.
